-located 3rd floor with stair access (no lift) so unfortunately no wheelchair access
-situated between the train line and highway
- just a 10minute walk to roseville or lindfield station and shops
-one train stop to chatswood which has a Westfield and the metro (can also walk there)
-place is fully furnished with all my wacky stuff so all you need is a bed and wardrobe!
-your room is secondary room, size is 3m x 3.5m, well lit with the afternoon sun (won’t be furnished when you move in)
-no wardrobe in room but spacious enough to fit one
-i will be occupying the car spot but there is parking on the highway (6am-10am clearway weekdays) or side streets around the area but there is some storage in the garage if you need
