This is a fully-furnished, luxury penthouse apartment with panoramic views of the ocean, all the way to the city.

Located in beautiful Little Bay, it's 5 minutes walk to the beach, in a suburb with minimal traffic but plenty of restaurants, cafes, a short drive or bus trip to Eastgardens shopping centre. Buses run 24 hours each day to the city.

We're on the top floor of a 5-storey ultra-modern apartment building, the unit includes air conditioning in all rooms and modern appliances. Big outdoor terrace space with a bbq. We're not really a party house but we do enjoy a good shindig now and then.

The room available has ocean views, a sliding door for balcony access, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. $500 per week including bills (power, gas, internet, cleaner). Comes with a double bed, desk and chair.

Our cleaners come through to spruce up the place every 2 weeks. Cost is included in the rent.
