On offer is the master bedroom with built-ins, and double mattress (I will be getting bed). House has alarm with back to base monitoring. Has 40" TV. Wifi available . Preferable to have had share accommodation experience before. Suit non-smoker and light alcohol drinker. I would like a weekly contribution towards the electricity, water, rates etc to discuss

Phil, shopping centre manager work 9.00am - 5.30pm . In by 6.00pm I cook Sunday to Thursday. If you cook it is better to arrange a cooking time either before or after me.
