Yours will be the second bedroom, which has a queen bed, bedside table, desk + chair and a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage! You will (almost!) have your own bathroom as I have an ensuite - the main bathroom is only used by guests and when doing laundry.
While there's no dedicated parking spot for you in the complex, there's plenty of visitor parking around which my old flatmate was using with no issues.

The apartment is lovely, a very new (big!) 2 bedroom on the 6th floor with gas cooking and ducted aircon.

The complex itself is great as well - there is a BBQ area, a huge pool and a gym, plus a convenience store and coffee shops downstairs.

Buses at the door to the City, Epping, North Sydney, etc and we are only 2 blocks from Macquarie University transport (metro station and lots of buses!) plus Macquarie Shopping centre just down the road!

Bills and expenses

Internet is $40 per month (it's 100MB unlimited NBN, fibre to the building), electricity is monthly (roughly $60ish per month) and gas is quarterly (roughly $65ish per quarter)
I have Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Kayo and the house is set up with Google Home, so all the tv, sport, music and movies you could want!

I work as an Operations Manager for a telecommunications company and have an ongoing love/hate relationship with customer support.
I currently work from home full time (thanks COVID) but try to get out of the house for a bushwalk or a run whenever I can.
