Right in the heart of Manly, the beautiful Strathspey building is just a 5 minute walk to the ferry, across the street from the beautiful harbour and conveniently located close to many coffee shops and restaurants. The unit is located at the back of the building, which ensures quiet evenings from any street noise, yet is still a bright and beautiful space. There is a shared rooftop with two dining tables and BBQ open for the building to use, with incredible harbour views.
Recently renovated and modern appliances throughout the 3 bedroom house makes the flat a perfect oasis for either working from home, entertaining with friends, or just relaxing in the lovely space. There is also a large amount of storage both under the building as well as the roof for surfboards, bikes, camping gear, etc.

Your second housemate would be Sanne. I’m Sanne (31) originally from The Netherlands but lived on the Northern Beaches for the past 19 years. I’m an Interior Designer, working full time, mostly in the office. During the week I keep it pretty chill, I go on walks, read, cook etc. During the weekend I’m often out and about, at the beach, on a walk, having coffee, socialising or heading out for a drink.
