Whether you work in the city or on the beaches there is public transport nearby and being 800 meters from North Steyne it not long till your taking a quick dip after work. Or being close to the pool centre you can be having a swim or a workout.
The nearest coffee shop is a short 5 minutes walk away with cafes and restaurants nearby as well.
Your bedroom has brand new furniture - a double bed, dresser and built-ins so ample storage space for all your things and a quiet leafy outlook. Wifi is available. Modern Kitchen, bathroom with both a shower and bath and as well as an internal laundry so need to worry about your clothes disappearing. Small sun-filled balcony with a few herbs growing.
