That amazing waterfront apartment is located just opposite the Manly Wharf, above 4 Pines and has water views. It is furnished well and I am just upgrading the balcony furniture.
You will have your big private bathroom with a bath as both rooms are ensuite. There is a big backyard balcony and a front balcony with water views, which is amazing for chilling, working or anything else. I am a spontaneous and active person looking for a flatmate with positive energy. I am working from the bench, cafe and doing sports activities before 2 pm, and working stationary 3-7:30 daily.

We can discuss other things as it goes but you would need definitely to schedule some time to clean your bathroom, vacuum apartment every week at least or on the go if needed and mop the floor fornightly etc.
