Looking to fill ASAP- For 2 month starting 16th September till 11th November, we have a beautiful, naturally sunny bedroom available in our very spacious 2-bedroom apartment located in manly.

- It’s the top floor of a up/down duplex with a private entry so it feels more like a house than a flat.
- It has loads of natural light, a fantastic sunny balcony with BBQ, spacious lounge, dining area, kitchen and a pristine bathroom with a great shower!
- There’s a cute little cafe literally across the road and we’re only an 8-10 minute walk to the Manly shops and several amazing beaches.
- We're on a quite road with a lovely community.
- Public transportation is close by (buses into the city is 5 min walk, ferry is 10mins away)

For Logistics:
1) Sunday 15/09 - Monday 30/09 (2 weeks), you’ll share the appt with a sweet female and a pup.
2) Monday 30/09 – Wednesday 16/10 (2 weeks) you’ll have the whole appt for yourself (no pup).
3) Wednesday 16/10- 11/11 (1 month) you’ll share the appt with a couple and their pup.

About the occupants
You’d be sharing our home with an incredibility sweet Irish girl. She works in hospitality and is currently training for a marathon is out and about throughout the day. She's personable, respectful, and is always down for a good laugh.

For the second portion of the stay, you'd be with a couple in their early & late 30's. Both split their time from working from home and the office and are usually out and 3 days a week. Both are respectful, out-going, active, kind people who live balanced lives of being out with our friends but also quite nights at home.

The pup is 3 1/2 years and is a medium sized whippet mix. She’s sweet, gentle, LOVES people and a cuddle.
