My lovely housemate has to travel overseas in July so I'm looking for a long term housemate who can share our lovely duplex in manly from thebmid or end of June onwards .
Our home is on the first level with an awesome view of Manly, we have a lovely sunny backyard, an external laundry three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath . Your space can be furnished or unfurnished.
The room fits a double bed and has a built in wardrobe .
You will be sharing the space with me and my daughter who lives part time with me. I'm pretty clean and would like someone easy going but clean, ideally someone who doesn't work from home. Looking for a single person to move in as we like our space and would like someone who is into a active lifestyle to live with us. Not a party house :) Someone Aged between 25-35 would be suitable
