The room you would have available is the one in the photo, It is a terrace on the other side of the house where you can have lunch every day and relax, two shared bathrooms, and only one of them with a shower and bathtub, a dining room connected to the kitchen, which is very spacious and has two sofas, a television, a large table and a large and bright kitchen. As for extra information, the house expenses are only electricity and light, which is usually not much and is monthly and are included on the price.

It is a house located in Manly Vale, 15-20 minutes walk from the beach, very fast bus connections since the bus stop is right next door, and there is also the B1 bus that connects very quickly to the city, and to go to Manly center it only takes 15 minutes by bus. In addition, there are the 3 main supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, Coles, Aldi and Woolwhorts.

You would live with me Rubén and Sonia, both of us studying at ICMS Manly Campus and working in the city, she at the Marriot Hotel and me in a night club Universal, both as bartenders. We have a good relationship and we do our live together when we are not working, although each of us we hace our own life and we maje our own plans.

We do not have cleaning in the house but each one of us cleans one of the common areas every week so we can keep the house clean.
