It is a house located in Manly Vale, 15-20 minutes walk from the beach, very fast bus connections since the bus stop is right next door, and there is also the B1 bus that connects very quickly to the city, and to go to Manly center it only takes 15 minutes by bus. The room you would have available is the one in the photo, it is the largest room in the house, with its own balcony, a king-size bed and a double closet. The deposit is $1,740.26.
