I have 1 bedroom available now, ideally for a long term (6month+) in a lovely top floor 2 bedroom apartment in Maroubra.
Here are some of the main features
- Less than 10min walk to Maroubra beach
- Public transport, bus stop is right down the apartment building
- Shops/groceries close at Maroubra Junction and/or Woolworth Metro at Maroubra Beach
- Free parking on the street

The location is on Maroubra Road very close to the beach.
Also lots of buses leaving from there straight to the CBD.
There is plenty of free parking if you would like to bring your car.
Place is quiet, not fronting the road.
There is one bathroom with a bathtub.
Note again, the bedroom will be furnished with a bed and desk if needed.

I’m a French guy who moved to Sydney for work about four years ago. I work in production in the animation industry.
I’m easygoing, clean, and tidy. I enjoy good conversations and can chat about anything, but I also value personal time for my own projects.
I’ll be working from home 3–4 days a week. Outside of that, you’ll usually find me at the beach, the gym, doing outdoor activities, or out with friends.
I’m up for the occasional night out but prefer to keep the apartment a chill, non-party space. I’m also happy to share meals but always respect personal space.
The person should be tidy and contribute to household chores, even though a cleaner will be coming once a month. Additionally I would love someone to be chill and friendly just like me, to have a good and nice atmosphere in the house.
