I'm moving out and taking my decorations and plants with me, but with this view, you won’t need much more.
The apartment includes a lock-up garage with storage and offers ocean views from every room. It's on the first floor, facing Maroubra Beach.
The place isn’t huge, and you'll be sharing it with our lovely flatmate, Bruno, who will stay until December 6. After that, our neighbour will take the lease.
