The Flat: Sun-drenched with natural light and tile floors throughout. Huge living and dining areas for relaxing or entertaining. A spacious entertaining balcony with breathtaking views of the beach. Fully equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator and internal laundry. Free street parking available. The main living spaces will be fully-furnished* with nice pieces. 8-person dining room table, large sofa, outdoor dining on the balcony, everything needed for the kitchen, washer and dryer, top of the line refrigerator, TV etc....

A 3rd spare room will be fully furnished and available for scheduled and approved short-term visits from out of town friends and family.

The Details: Rent includes internet. Utilities are shared. No couples, smokers, or additional pets. Open to a male or female flatmate.
