It's a small room but you could easily fit a queen size bed in there and a small cabinet. Television etc. it's full of stuff ATM as you can see in photo but I would obviously empty for tenant

It's an old home I understand it's not pretty but it's across the road from Woolworths.
There is a bus stop across the road that will link you to anywhere basically. Once again it's 800 metres away from the beach.

Electricity really depends how often you are using the washer and dryer but I am pretty fair we can discuss this . I don't want bond just one week's rent advance as anybody could just stay for 5 days and then bail.
