It's a two bedroom semi detached house, with a cute back yard, separate living, dining and kitchen. The house has polished floorboards, and aircon in the living room.
You'd be sharing the house with me, I'm 33 work in the art department in film. I am social and outgoing and often have little creative projects that keep me busy. I love winding down with a beer a cig after work.
The location is great it's super close to Marrickville road, less than 10 minutes to Henson Park and Marrickville station and 15 minutes to Sydenham metro that is super fast to the city. Wollies metro is just down the road and there's a bunch of great bars and restaurants that are super close.
