Large comfortable fully furnished home with a homely feel.

Large sunny carpeted room in spacious home. Close to Marrickville Road and great shops galleries and bars. Lots of public transport options close by. Close to Henson Park and also to the Addison Road complex. Quiet one way street with lots of off street parking. Excellent library a short walk away along with nice parks and tennis courts etc.

A good sized comfortable room in a good sized comfortable home. It's an older style brick home very homely and slightly shabby chic. Sorry no pets. This is an open and tolerant household and extremely creative home base. Outside smoking and 420 tolerant but not a party house. We are both fully vaccinated and the home is Covid safe.

Electricity and water bills split equally every quarter. Internet around $30 per month each.
