Your bedroom is a good size (3.9 x 2.9 metres), with wooden floorboards. It didn't have a built-in, but there's currently a wardrobe in the room which you could use (or we can put it in storage). The room has one window (with blinds) that looks out onto a hallway which has big windows / lots of natural light.

We live in a federation-style semi-detached house on a leafy street in Marrickville. The shared spaces are fully furnished, and we have a big backyard (with a hammock!).
It's in a great location - 2 minutes walk from the Marrickville Markets, 10 mins walk to Enmore Park, 5 minute drive to Marrickville Metro. There's a bus to the city at the end of our street, or it's a 10-15 minute walk to Stanmore Station. If you have a car, there's usually plenty of street parking.

About occupants
You'll be living with Emma (early 30s, works full-time in creative industry) and Kat (late 30s, queer, works Mon-Thurs in healthcare). We do most of our socialising outside the house, but enjoy meeting each other's friends when they drop by.
