I’ve have a room available in my Top floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in Marsfield. This home is right near Macquarie Uni, Macquarie Centre, Epping and Eastwood which have buses, trains, restaurants and shops.

Room will come furnished or unfurnished.

The best thing about this apartment is that it feels like you are in a rainforest. It’s a well kept apartment. It’s spacious, light, bright, breezy and super clean. There’s fly screens on every window, carpets throughout - except in the Bathroom, Laundry and Kitchen.

There’s a large open plan living and dining area which can easily be reconfigured to create some workspace if you need to work from home. I have a big sofa and a big formal dining table but there’s plenty space and scope to bring your own things and put your own touch on the place. The open plan living and dining opens onto a big entertaining balcony with lots of privacy but looking down on the gardens.

The kitchen has heaps of cupboard space, stainless steel appliances and a big adjoining internal laundry which has washer and dryer but also extra storage space.

The bathroom is well kept and really nicely finished. The toilet is in a separate room.

The rent won't include all bills.

We’re in a great location - a short walk to regular buses and trains to CBD, North Sydney, Lane Cove or Chatswood.

Rent is $350 for the room. Couples are an extra $50.
