Our 2 storey home is located in a quiet cut de sac only an 8min walk from Coles, 10min walk from Miranda fair and 15mins away from the train station.
Electricity, water and internet are included in the rent. I also supply washing powder, cleaning products and toilet paper.
You also have use of half a fridge & freezer.
No bond required just one weeks rent is needed if you are accepted, but this will be used for your first weeks rent once you move in. Rent always needs to be one week in advance.
If you require a bed I can arrange for you.
