Hi 😊 I’m looking for a housemate to join me in my beautiful apartment located in Mortdale.

I'm seeking a female housemate (aged 22-35), ideally working full-time (no WFH) or a student. The bedroom is unfurnished, with a mapped double bed size for reference. Shared bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is fully furnished with a couch, TV, dining area, dishwasher, washer, dryer, vacuum, Nespresso machine, etc. Feel free to use anything in the shared spaces.

You'll be living with me, though my boyfriend visits occasionally. Friends and loved ones are welcome, but no parties. I occasionally have my parents' dog over, so comfort with large dogs is required.
