A beautiful bright and sunny 3 bedroom apartment, perfectly positioned right in the heart of Mosman village. Enjoy convenience with cafes, restaurants, gyms, boutique shopping and transport right at the doorstep – the bus stop is 50m from the apartment with regular buses to the Sydney CBD, North Sydney and Northern Beaches. Balmoral Beach is also just a quick 5/10 min stroll away (capture very far water glimpse from the balcony + your window!)
The apartment is super spacious, with a huge combined living & dining opening to a large sunny NE facing covered balcony with a private & leafy outlook. Chic renovated kitchen with stone benches and quality Miele appliances, including induction cooktop, dishwasher and handy pull-out pantry.
Other features include a beautiful designer bathroom with bath, split system air conditioning in living area, double-glazed windows that keep the apartment peacefully quiet, a separate internal laundry with washing machine. Bond is two weeks of rent and will need to be paid prior to moving in, and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. Parking is available in the garage ($20/week) and there’s ample free parking in adjoining streets.
Ideally looking for a female and someone willing to stay 6months+.
We are a couple in our late 20s, you will share the apartment with us and the bathroom with a 21 year old female (my sister).

Bills and expenses
Rent is exclusive of bills. Fast NBN internet is available for $25p/m and the home is equipped with all the amazing features of Apple TV.
The electricity bill comes in quarterly and we split this between the 4 of us (approx. $130-160 each a quarter).
We have a cleaner coming once a month and we split it too ($50 each)

Super easy going, relaxed, open minded, easy to talk to.
I live with my partner (also 28) who works full time in air conditioning, and my sister (21) who is also working full time in retail.
Both of them leave for work around 6am everyday and are back around 3pm. I work from home occasionally but during office days I wake up at 5 am for the gym and back around 6pm depending on the day.
We do our meal preps in the evenings and love to spend our afternoons relaxing at home, watching tv in the living room or playing video games together.
We try our best to keep the apartment clean and tidy, love having everything organized.
I’m looking for someone responsible, and transparent, who doesn’t smoke or bring many guests home, preferably a student or full time young professional and will look after the apartment as much as we do.
