Hi Everyone, Jane here 😊

I am looking for someone amazing to share my rental home with as my friend and housemate will be moving into her own home soon.

The apartment is in the gorgeous suburb of Mosman Bay and even includes a lounge room view of the Harbour Bridge - see pic 🥰

The apartment itself is super light with many great conveniences inside and out:
- separate toilet room
- ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge area
- endless supply of hot water
- big bath tub
- only on the 2nd floor 😉
- 5 minutes walk to Mosman Bay Ferry Wharf, bus stops to get out of Mosman and 5 minutes to get to beautiful walking tracks and nature surrounds
- 30 to 45 minutes to the CBD depending on whether you travel via ferry or buses
- 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to the main road Military Rd, awesome local Mosman shops and cafes and the stunning Middle Head headlands area
- 10 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk to Balmoral Beach
- plenty of on street parking available.

FYI there is extra storage room is available in the lounge area and in the communal hallway cupboard.

About the occupants
I work for a construction supplies business in Brookvale as a Customer Service and Inside Sales Team Lead. On Saturday mornings I work for a fish monger that operates out of fresh food markets. I also do a little bit of disability support work, online, with a long term client regularly on Sundays. So, I am kept happily busy and love it all.

I am an amazing housie - mature, caring, down to earth and playful. I enjoy keeping the home clean and tidy, cooking, health and well-being pursuits, and connecting with family and friends and housies while getting on with life. I also come with referees if need be =)
