Main bedroom with ensuite available . The room has plenty of space and a full size window over looking the backyard.
The home is situated 7minutes drive to town centre, and a 5 minute walk to the local bus stop, with the closest train station within 15 minutes drive .
On a quiet street, the home has 2 lounge rooms so if you like to keep to yourself there’s always another room to go to. One lounge room is generally used for gaming/reading/ironing and the other for movies and music or study and they are usually never both occupied at the same time.
A nice little balcony out front and nearby parks/reserve/walks.
Kitchen is open plan. No working dishwasher - please clean up after yourself 😁
