Amazing opportunity to live in the heart of Newtown with two affordable rooms available, from late April and mid-May.
The light-filled room in a Classic Victorian style terrace with four bedrooms, a homey living room and a leafy back area.
The house is excellently located literally a stones throw from King St, is a 7 min walk to Newtown station, and a 10 min walk to St Peters Station.
You’ll be living with three easy going laid-back blokes in their mid- and late-twenties.
Liam is a town planner who loves football, music and spirits. Nathan works in IT and is an aspiring gym junkie.
We are looking for someone who is easy-going, social, and can pick up after themselves.
Rent is $395 and $450 per week for each room, respectively, with the $450 room being bigger. Both rooms come with double beds that you can use during your stay. The lease is up in mid-November 2025, so we are looking for someone that is happy to stay until then.
