Ola, some friends and I are looking for a 4th housemate to join us in our search for a place in the inner-west.
We are all working in some form of STEM, enjoy the occasional party, but spend most of our time talking shit or working on projects.
I’ve built a web scraper to check all real estate rental listings daily to help us find a place, and we have a few places we are currently looking at.
Below is a bit more about what I’m looking for in a place.

$350-400 week each + bond & bills split accordingly.
I also run my own business so I’m happy to pay more for a good place.
Our ideal home will be clean, open to the occasional gathering, pet and plant-friendly, communal chill areas, with a creative workspace of desks and computers where we can hang out, work, collaborate on things, or just game.
If you're keen to build / develop / create or just vibe with mates over some competitive Yu-Gi-Oh duels, this is the place for you.
Keen on a place with good natural light, ideally 2 living spaces or a garage for reasonable workspace, air-con, etc.

Degrees in Chemistry / Physics and Mechatronic Engineering with a focus in Computer Brain Interfacing which is one of my passions, as well as VR and MR.

I’ve been living in my apartment and working from home but missing the social connection and vibes of housemates. Hence why creating a productive and fun space with some new friends is important.
