You’ll be taking over the 3rd room, sharing a sun-filled lounge room and kitchen! The room has an amazing built-in wardrobe that has Narnia vibes. It looks over the backyard, with great morning sun and a beautiful view of tall gum trees. It can fit a desk and comes furnished with the bed frame and mattress. It is sadly not big enough for couples :(

This house on Lord St is a classic double-storey terrace. There's air conditioning and a modern kitchen with gas appliances and a dishwasher. There is a huge backyard out the back with little courtyard off the side, lots of grassy space, a cute, covered porch, and lots of lush plants.
The area is fantastic, just off King Street, lots of coffee shops and eateries within 5 minutes and the street is one way, with parking free and untimed all down one side. About a 3 minite walk to St Peters station.
