5-10 minute walking distance to the train, busses, shopping mall, cafe, night life, & park. Being in the heart of Newtown/St Peters means very quick access to all the facilities you need! It really is the perfect location, and we're even on the quieter side of Newtown so we don't fall victim to all the city noise pollution. We are under a flight path though so we have a lot of planes fly overhead between 6/7am-10pm

We have 1 full bathroom and a second toilet attached the our seperate indoor laundry, which makes it so much easier with 3 flatmates! We have a really peaceful backyard with a fire pit and awesome neighbours.

As flatmates, we love to have a chat and sometimes watch a movie together, but we also all love our alone time. It's the perfect balance :)

I work a part time gig (2 days from home, one day in the office) and then spend the rest of the week in and out of the house doing acting/producing things. I often use the upstairs study (communal use) often for self tape/auditions in which case I need my housemates to refrain from making a lot of noise, but I always give you a heads up/pre warning. My house is my sanctuary so it's important it's always kept clean and calm.
