Fully furnished 2 bedroom townhouse Newtown (South End of Newtown). We have a lovely courtyard & upstairs balcony to use. Ducted reverse cycle AC. Loads of street parking available also if needed. If you have a scooter/motorbike we may be able to fit it in the garage. Also NBN connected (which is included), connecting to it via WiFi....

2 minute walk to St Peters train station, 3 minute walk to bus stops. Really close to Sydney Park and access to all Newtown’s cafes, restaurants & pubs. There is also a Gym (at the end of the street)

Bills and expenses

All bills are shared equally (electricity, gas and water). Would love look to having a cleaner attend to come weekly (every Friday) looks after the major cleaning jobs, so we don't have to (not a major thing if not) Smart TV in lounge room that is connected with Netflix, Stan.
