Sun-drenched apartment with 180º views over the ocean and Bondi, city skyline and Harbour Bridge. The apartment is set at the rear of a quiet secure building of 12 and is an easy walk down to North Bondi cafes/shops and, of course, the beach. Bus stops for routes 379 and 380 are close by.

The place itself is cosy, full of natural light and is fully furnished – just move in! The photos give you as sense of the place. The bedroom itself is large with a queen bed and large 5-door cabinet. Possible hallway cupboard storage if needed.

Rent is paid fortnightly, so $860 every second Thursday.

About the occupants
Hi, my name is Coltan. My lovely housemate is moving home to Prague unfortunately, so you’ll be sharing with me. I've been living here since 2020. I love how bright and airy the apartment feels along with the amazing views beating most in Bondi!

So a little about me… I'm a morning person and usually start my day with exercise – I run and cycle. I work in advertising and have done it while living in Kenya, South Africa and Japan. Now its North Sydney but WFH once, maybe twice a week.

I tend to eat healthy and enjoy cooking real food after work. I’d be happy to share a meal and watch something with housemates.

Weekends are spent exercising, socialising, cooking and sometimes a little meal prep for the week ahead. Often take my motorbike out, camping and am just getting into hiking.

No pets. No couples.
