Quiet North Bondi location, with stunning Sydney bridge city views, as well as Bondi beach. The terrace is exceptionally big and has sun for most of the day. The apartment is an oversized 2 bedder, with a storage room for any gear that you don't want in your room and a 2nd living room to chill in the oversized hallway (it will become clear when you see it haha). The apartment comes fully furnished with all the kitchen equipment you need. It's close to the beach, 7 min walk, and the nearest bus stop is only 2 min away.
The lease is 1100pw so it will just be an even split, I am looking for someone to share my apartment with long term, so no summer rent increases or so.

Hi there, I've been living in Bondi for the last 3 years and I've moved to Australia about 5 years ago. Originally, I'm from Belgium and half Italian, which is where my name comes from.
Morning coffee walks or catchups with my friends is how I love to start my day, or if I can I'll try to sneak in a surf sesh in the morning or over lunch. Otherwise, I love to do pilates and yoga.
I'm always up to try new things, whtether it is sports related, food wise or travelling to new places or just becoming a better version of myself.
Love to share a drink and some laughter with my future roomie, however I don't mind keeping to myself as well. During the weekends I will always be out and about for a little boogie, a good glass of wine with friends or a wholesome camping trip. And I love a good doof or festival! However, winters in Bondi are for hibernation imo haha.
Currently, I work at Channel Nine as a product manager, so I will be in the office 2-3 times a week.
