Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment located in North Bondi 12 minutes walk from Bondi Beach. This is a perfect home if you want to live in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the many cafes, restaurants, and bars in Bondi.
The room we are renting out is NOT furnished but comes with built-in wardrobes/storage in the hallway outside the room for you to use. The apartment is newly renovated with wooden floors (no carpets!) and has quite a view of the CBD and the Harbour Bridge. Perfect to sit on the balcony in the evenings and enjoy the sunsets. It features a big living area with a comfortable sofa and big glass doors to the balcony. Spacious kitchen with island, storage shelves, fridge, oven, cooktop, and kitchen utensils (Nutribullet blender, french press, etc) Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and laundry machine.
Moreover, the building has a nice community, with neighbors that help each other. We share a communal garden where one can pick herbs and fresh veggies.
Bondi junction is 15-20 mins away from the bus stop which is literally at the doorstep.
