Room available in our 3-bedroom shared house in the heart of Paddington, available from November 4th! Located in the heart of Paddington, we're a 1 minute walk from the quaint cafés & boutiques on William Street, and 3 minutes from Five-Ways. The 333 bus is within 5 minutes walking distance & Edgecliff Station a 10-15 minute walk. Also walking distance from the many bars & restaurants of Darlinghurst & Surry Hills
Rent: $400 pw (plus bills)
The house is spacious, well lit and has a little courtyard 🌸
You'll be sharing with two girls, Orlaith (29) works in education & Hannah (30) works in creative production. We are Irish & Irish/Kiwi, both social and also enjoy our own space. We enjoy a glass of wine, but equally a cup of tea & chats!
