Garden Bedroom w Private Bathroom and Carspot available in a beautiful terrace house in Paddington, with great views of Rushcutters & Sydney Harbour.

We are currently looking at filling 1 room in a 4 level townhouse (3 bedrooms total). I (Adam) have been living here for 8/9 years now and we have a great landlord and the place itself is very large, so you don't ever feel like you are all living on top of each other.

There are four separate outdoor spaces including the terrace which overlooks the harbour.

We also have;

Home gym equipment (great to stay fit in lockdown)
a BBQ (great for entertaining - after lockdown)
and the house is fully furnished - but open to new furniture.

The room can also be partially furnished if required.

This room has its own bathroom and car space .

A smaller balcony/ outdoor area on ground level with a BBQ.
We also have a spa on the upper balcony, with views of Rushcutters. Great in summer to cool down, or winter for a hot spa.
