I rent this apartment and have been living here for more than 6 years. The apartment has a very large balcony and there is outdoor seating for relaxing on. There are terrific Parramatta City and River views from the balcony.

There is also a vacant undercover car spot that belongs to this apartment which you can have full use of. I don't own a vehicle.

Apartment is a short walk to public transport - 2 mins Parramatta Light Rail stop (Tramway Ave), 15 mins to Parramatta Bus and Train interchange, 13 mins to Ferry terminal.
