A very clean spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms located in a nice quiet street, c/w large built in wardrobe, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and large balcony. No internet at the moment. A stone throw to Parramatta light rail, literally less than a minute walk. Parramatta railway station would be a maximum 30 minute walk. Permit needed (which I can arrange) for on street parking which is usually available most times.
