Home Description

Description of the home

3 bedroom house in Peakhurst.

Conveniently located, bus stops at the door, allowing public transport access to Mordale, Riverwood, and Hurstville station and shopping areas.

Riverwood station accessible by foot, flat walk 10-15 minutes depending on pace.

House is a three bedroom house, original floor boards, two bathrooms, two living rooms, with a couch and tv in each. High speed nbn (240mbps).

I live in one of the rooms with my partner Raph, and we use the third bedroom as a study. Please feel free to put your desk in the study with ours if you wish, but otherwise, the bedroom itself has enough room for a desk and a bed as it is.

There is a good size back yard and front yard, ample storage in a granny flat should you require it. Car space available too, with an automatic garage door.

Flat mate includes myself (Rupert), my partner Raph and our dog, Furry. (Please see photos).

About occupants
Hi, I’m Rupert.

I’m a full time employee working in the health sector. I’m generally a quiet homebody, and like to play video games or watch movies at home in my spare time. I can hold a conversation, but also know how to give my flat mate room and space.

We do have a tendency to keep to ourselves, so it is generally a pretty quiet household.

I’ve been told I have a rather dry and dark sense of humour, so if you do too, we’ll get along just fine.

I’m generally quite clean, I like things tidy (to a reasonable degree).
Compatible people
Friendly, quiet, clean, tidy.
Description of pets
Furry is a 9 year old rescue I adopted recently.

He is a very friendly and sweet older gentleman, not aggressive at all, loves his cuddles and pats (and will often ask for more when you stop). His tail won’t stop wagging when he sees another human or another dog.

I’ve taught him lots of manners, and he’s been very well behaved (no jumping on guests for hugs, but will, instead, sit for hugs), but due to his previous training, he thinks shaking hands is the best way to get his way, due to this, he will often stick his paw out at you when he wants something (ie. pats)
