Work Monday to Friday. Usually travel a few times a year (currently not). Easy going and like my routine.
I like to workout 4 times a week and can be somewhat of a home body (due to no travel).
I keep the house very clean and organized but past housemates have not been bothered by this. Weekends are spent sleeping in then spending time outdoors with the dog, seeing family and friends. Or I do sleep in, then binge watch tv and nap all day.
I do occasionally have my niece for the weekend, so would need someone I’m comfortable with, to have in the house while I have her.

Looking for someone fairly clean and somewhat sociable, respect each other privacy but also. able to have a laugh at dumb tv or get some food together. Someone who is honest and isn’t bothered by my dog and everything that comes with him. Able to clean up after themselves and keep things fairly tidy. Prefer someone who is working full time, but will consider part time w/ part time studying.

Description of pets
9 month old Spoodle named Boston. Very affectionate, playful and loves to test my limits with home much mess he can make. He is house trained and will come to love you. He sleeps in my room.
He can get a little anxious when I leave for work, as he is still a puppy. But overall he is very quiet.
You would not be asked to watch him, clean up after him, walk him or feed him. You are welcome to play with him and have puppy cuddles, but again- he is my responsibility and I would not need anyone to care for him.
