The bedroom available for rent has a built in wardrobe, wooden floors & blinds on the window. You will also have your own bathroom (not shared).

The apartment has an open plan kitchen, living & dining area with a split system air conditioner. Balcony with bbq is attached to the living area & apartment has an internal laundry with washer & dryer.

Shared living room has large lounge, smart TV & pool table.

Plenty of 24/7 free on street parking available.

Initially two weeks bond along with one weeks rent in advance, then normal weekly rent all paid by bank transfer.

Rent includes unlimited NBN internet (100Mbps Download/20Mbps Upload) and water. Electricity bill will be split between all flatmates.

I enjoy a few social drinks, a game of pool and hanging with a few friends, you’ll be very welcome to join me, but I will also respect your privacy to do your own thing. You’re welcome to invite visitors over, as long as everyone is respectful of each other.
