Description of the home

Two bedroom apartment with floorboards throughout. The place is fully furnished except for the spare bedroom which you would be filling, as I initially was living here on my own. All your living needs like cooking/kitchen stuff, house furniture, TV and appliances etc is covered!

There is a lovely view of the city skyline from your bedroom window, and the bedroom is pretty large and can easily fit a queen bed, a wardrobe/hanger and or bookshelf and a desk.

You would be sharing the apartment with me and my beautiful dog Disco so dog-friendly people are essential!

There is a shared outdoor courtyard downstairs but there are only a few apartments in the building, so it is not used often by people and gets lots of lovely sunshine. The area downstairs also opens onto the laundry area where my washing machine and dryer are.

I have been living here for almost three years now and it is a super great location and great apartment. Looking to share with someone who is happy to do their own thing but also happy to chill and hang out every now and again!

NOTE: I have just started a new job which will mean I am working from the office most days, so I am looking for someone who ideally works from home at least 1-2 days a week and/or would be happy to keep my my dog, Disco, company and take him outside to the toilet and/or for a short walk when I am not there. Again, dog lovers are a MUST!

Bills and expenses

Electricity, Gas both paid quarterly and would be split evenly. Internet is paid monthly and would be split between two.
