Hello!! We are looking for some new house mates for our beautiful home in Petersham.
TL-DR :
💲Price: $385 per week for a single or $450 for a couple (excluding electricity and wifi bills). Bond $1540
📍Location: Petersham, about a 5 min walk from Petersham station and 10 mins from Lewisham West Light Rail.
🛏️ The room: Huge room with double French doors and a balcony
🏡 The house: A bright spacious terrace home, recently painted with new floor boards. 4 rooms total, spread over 4 floors with a huge attic at the top for extra storage/work from home space. A large garden and patio.
🛁 Bathrooms: 1.5 bathrooms (1 main bathroom with toilet and another smaller with just a toilet).
🗓️ Looking for someone to move in after the 14th of December (with flexibility) must be willing to sign onto current lease. 4 months remaining but opportunity to extend.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Welcome to your new home in Petersham! The house has recently been upgraded with new floor boards and new paint. It’s a beautiful home with plenty of space and natural light. Our kitchen is nice and bright with loads of counter space and an electric stove. We have two bathrooms - one smaller downstairs with a toilet and a larger one upstairs with a bath, shower and toilet. We also have a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. On the top floor we have a huge attic with large windows which is perfect for extra storage, doing some yoga and working from home.

You would be living with 3 girls in their 20’s working full or part time. All quite social beings who whilst respect each others time and space still love to hang out for an ocasional night out at the pub, watch tv or just have a nice chat after work.
We are looking for a couple or single to join our home. Ideally with share house experience, in their 20s - 30s, creative, loves the outdoors and will bring a good vibe to the home. We would love someone who is friendly, tidy, and social but also respectful of everyone’s space and time. Unfortunately no pets 😞
