Description of the home
Welcome to our bright and airy apartment at the far end of Potts point situated opposite the Royal Navy base.
We currently have a room available for rent as our roomie has decided to get his own place... Traitor ;)
The apartment itself has three bedrooms, internal laundry, air conditioning, a rooftop and living room views across Wooloomooloo wharf to the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The bedroom is fairly cosy but can fit a queen bed and has built in wardrobes.
The apartment has recently been newly refurnished by us but still has its original art deco feeling with natural wood floors, high ceilings and sash windows.
10 minute walk to Kings Cross Station, Bus stop located at the end of the street that takes you straight in to the CBD.
We are a short walk to the local parks including Elizabeth Bay marina, Rushcutters Bay park and close to all of Potts Points favourite bars and restaurants and a quick stroll to the local Woolies.

We're both originally from the UK from the North and the South.
I've made the apartment my home for 6 years and Jack has been with us for 3 years after he decided to move back to Sydney from England.
We're both fun personalities with a good sense of humour but also really enjoy our quiet evenings in the week, sometimes with a glass of wine. Feel free to join us. We're either watching a movie or listening to our favourite 90's/00's music together whilst sharing memes with each other.
We would also like to point out that we're a really laid back duo.
We're both really clean, tidy and presentable other than when were sat around in our trackies in the evenings and we like to keep our home well presented.
Our apartment block is a small one and we hang out with our neighbours every now and then. Sometimes we do little rooftop events and stuff.
We're looking for someone who is kind, respectable and fun to live with who will make the apartment their home the same way that we have. Preferably we would like a Monday to Friday 9-5er.
