Hi there, I have a room available in my split-level apartment in Potts Point. This place has some of the best views of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline that you'll ever see.

I have recently signed the lease and moved in on the 27th of July. Fully furnished apart from the bedroom which I'm renting out. However I wouldn't mind furnishing that room too.

Here are some highlights:

- Location: We're up on level 9, so the views are just breathtaking. Unobstructed views of the harbour and the city.

- Layout: The apartment is split-level, your bedroom will be on the top floor ( top floor is the main floor as it is where the living room and kitchen are ), mine will be on the entry level floor.
- Kitchen: It's a modern kitchen with all the good stuff – high-end Miele appliances, dishwasher, oven, and plenty of storage.
- Living Area: The living room has these huge floor-to-ceiling windows, letting in tons of natural light.
- Bedroom: The spare bedroom is pretty big, has built-in wardrobe, French balcony with floor to ceiling windows and your own bathroom is attached right next to it.
- Bathroom: Modern bathroom with nice fixtures. Rain shower and shower head.
- Amenities: The building is secure with intercom access, on-site management, and even an outdoor terrace for residents. 24/7 concierge with the friendliest staff to assist with parcel collection, dry cleaning etc.

Building is next to the Kings Cross train station making commuting so easy and convenient.
Woolworths is downstairs in the same complex. Coles just across the road.

Hi I'm Kristian, a 28-year-old professional and student at Australian Catholic University (ACU). I attend campus on Mondays and Fridays, while working from home ( from my own bedroom ) the rest of the week. I’ve been living in Potts Point for over 6 years in this same building, a landmark in Potts Point, and I recently upgraded to a bigger apartment on a higher floor with spectacular city views.

I share my home with a playful and loving 2-year-old snow Bengal cat, so if you’re a cat lover, you’ll fit right in.

In my free time, I enjoy socializing and wouldn’t mind sharing a drink in the evening. I value a clean and organised living environment and am looking for a roommate who shares similar values.
