The apartment includes a full sized kitchen, laundry, a large bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a luxurious italian tiled bathroom with a walk in shower. The apartment has been tastefully renovated with split level living. My apartment is also an ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day. The building is an ideal place of stay for people seeking charm, comfort and convenience in Sydney.

The room:
It is being used as my office to keep my tools and work equipment right now ( see last few photos of the actual room ) but will be available anytime.

Preference is for easy going, relaxed person(s) who is quiet, clean & tidy and respectful. No OCD.
Current housemates: Two young semi-social busy young professionals studying ( part time ) and working ( full time ) in a range of different industries ( IT / management / events, engineering ). We cook during the week and have full kitchen equipment for cooking but we prefer to eat out in weekend.

It is not a party house, but I do like to enjoy a few drinks at home or go out with friends on occassion. All clean and tidy as we go, simple adult stuff.
Characteristic of this home:
*This is a home and is furnished with lots of furniture and house plants ( I am plants addicted and love spending time in gardening so you will find plants around the apartment ). The apartment is kept clean but is probably not suitable for a person who is OCD about neat and orderly furnishings - I do know what most people like to live in but our home is not a display apartment :) ( I work part time for a staging company around the city and I know how to set up a space / place to make you will pay more money on the same thing lol Thats my work and I just don't like living in a staging home without actual living touches/options. However, I can share with you more about my work if we become housemate )
** We try to be sustainable by recycling and growing some of our own vegetables and herbs. We are looking for someone who is into sustainable living.
