The furnished room comes with a Queen bed (with new queen mattress) OR the room can be completely cleared out if you choose to bring your own stuff. Floor to ceiling spacious built-in wardrobe including side tables and bedside lamps. There's also a proper work-desk and executive chair The carpet gets steam cleaned & deodorised regularly, just done one recently. WiFi network extender/ signal booster enabled for faster more secure speeds.

"The Pyrmont" is a fully secure building where all COVID safety precautions are taken, with UG car park (optional) and other facilities like gym, sauna, pool, spa and very helpful building management/ front desk. One of the key attractions of the building is the opening of a beautiful roof-top garden where residents can invite their family and friends and socialise while soaking in the Sun or taking in the evening CBD skyline view.

As per the furnished apartment, I like to get the carpets regularly steam cleaned, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, big balcony, free high speed NBN among other things. Just walking distance to a nice selection of cafes and restaurants, Coles & Woolies, Light Rail, Darling Harbour, CBD, etc. Bus stop across the street.

We also have a friendly and interactive Facebook page called "Pyrmont Locals" where the community comes together to hold many social events, charities, food fests, etc. A fantastic neighbourhood indeed!

Hey guys, my name's Manav and I am an Advertising/ Telco professional living in Pyrmont since over 10 yrs now. After completing my post grad in MBA & IT from UTS, I have worked for Telstra/Sensis/Google and am currently self-employed as a Consultant in addition to some flexible day trading. My current flat mate has almost moved out, so I extend an invitation to anybody, couples included, to take a look at the fully furnished Room on offer.
There is only one thing I ask... I have had 2 sinus surgeries, so clean and hygienic environment is extremely important to me.
