My flatmate can use main bathroom by herself. She can use my kettle, microwave, and rice cooker. The apartment is near to darling Harbour, town hall station and Sydney University, UTS. And i have a parking space, if you want use it, i can give you big discount (maybe only 30 to 35 per week).I hope to rent it out at then end of this month or in early December. I can show you the apartment's videos and you can go to my apartment to have a look (making an appointment with me first).

Shared with me. Internet is $32.5 per week per person. Water rate is about $1 per day per person. And i never cook, so the gas bill is cheap. And electricity bill is also not expensive.

I graduated from USYD and Macquarie University and now worked in Chatswood as an account. So normally, i am not at apartment from 8.40 am to 6.30 pm. I never smoke, drink alcohol and seldom go back to home too late. I am a single. I have no pets. I am a quiet person that i never have parties in home.
Compatible people
I hope my flatmates not always go back to home too late (sometimes is ok) and never smoke. You can sometimes bring friends to visit our apartment but please don't sleep overnight.
