Hello everyone,
I am freeing up my place in a 4-person shared apartment from the end of this week until February 20th. The apartment is ideally located in Pyrmont, right at the foot of the Wentworth Park tram stop, close to buses, Coles supermarket, and only a 10-minute walk from Darling Harbour.
My place is in a shared room with a 22-year-old French flatmate, respectful and friendly. Each has a double bed and the room has its own bathroom. The other two rooms are occupied by two girls occupying another bathroom
The apartment has a large balcony and is fully equipped:
• Washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher...
• Air conditioning
• Bose speakers connected to the ceiling
Price: $260 per week with a 2-week deposit
