Bills and expenses

50/50 split of bills. Only catch to this offering is I'm seeking someone with adequate cash at hand to cover the whole bond and rent up front required by the real estate agent, whereby I shall reimburse later. I own all furniture and it is ready to relocate from my current home on the next street. If you want to commit long-term and be a co-signatory on the lease that is negotiable too. A few days ago I sought an approval from the landlord for me and a designated flatmate to co-sign a lease with a bank loan facilitated to cover the bond and rent up front and removals costs etc, then my designated flatmate pulled out for family reasons leaving me unable to move in without an URGENT REPLACEMENT FLATMATE on the same basis.

The photos are from the inspection "unfurnished" and I have included a photo of my living room furniture which will be relocated as soon as I find the right flatmate. So please don't ask if it is furnished or not as I have all furniture and equipment you could imagine to kit it out without even needing a K-Mart run. I do not yet have the keys but I can show you around the building and its facilities as I have friends in the building who will let us in. It is best to call me for a chat to discuss the situation.

Hi I'm Damian, a start-up business entrepreneur, just turned 50 and enjoy frequent visits to the pub, often found with a glass of red in one hand and a pool cue or a poker hand in the other and more recently a karaoke mic LOL. I have lived in Pyrmont for 8 years and love it and have always aspired to upgrade to the Mirage building with all its great facilities including roof terrace with picnic tables and views across Darling Harbour. I am a night owl not a morning person, and I enjoy a peaceful home, kept clean, and rarely have guests, albeit I might more often in this new apartment as I'll use the roof terrace frequently.

I have lived with a female flatmate for 3 years and she would say I am very easy to live with, I gave her the master bedroom and she lived in it which worked for me as I'm often working at the dining table, and that's why I'm offering the master bedroom again.
