Fully furnished queen size bedroom available in Queenscliff in our sunny and spacious apartment. Available from end of October.

Big open plan kitchen (gas cooktop and extra wide oven, fridge with inbuilt water & ice dispenser), large dining and living area with a great balcony to soak in the sun.
 
The balcony is equipped with Simon sixpack, the beer fridge, a family Weber BBQ and a gas heater for the cooler evenings. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, Thermomix, Sodastream, sandwich maker and more.
 
We are looking for an easy going person who likes doing their own thing but also likes to have a few drinks occasionally.
 
We live in a very fun block of units and it’s got a great communal feeling about it.
 
Queensie and Freshi beaches 5 mins walk away and the bus stop to Manly right outside the building.

The unit is fully furnished.
 
You’ll be sharing with me, Mari (43 on paper, but probably a decade younger at heart) George, the world’s friendliest Labrador and our Flatmate Sandra (34).
I work for myself so am home most of the time (George and I are attached at the hip and he usually goes everywhere I go), Sandra has moved to Australia from Spain last year and is currently studying,

Rent is $490 per week and includes all bills and internet.
