About the apartment:
Our flat is on the 2nd floor, gets lots of natural sunlight and faces the community garden so lovely green views 🌱 ☀️
Very spacious lounge room with a separate kitchen area.

The bedroom fits a queen bed and has a built in wardrobe.

There is air conditioning in the living room which is amazing in the summer but also works as a heater in the winter.
The bedroom has a built in ceiling fan which is amazing in summer.
There’s also a undercover car spot.

We are 5 minutes walk to the shops in Freshie and the beach at Queensie.

It is a lovely, cosy apartment that offers the best of beachside living 🤩

About the roommate:

I am looking for a a like minded person to move in this beautiful apartment.

You will be living with me, French mid thrities girl who has been in Australia for 10 years.
I am very clean and tidy. I love being active and wake up most days at 5am to ride my bike or run. 🏃‍♀️ 🚴
I am social on the weekends and enjoy a chilled evening in the week and love cooking. 🧑‍🍳

This isn’t a party house so I am looking for someone who has a good vibe and shares my lifestyle.

I work from home every day (although I am out to meet clients a lot) and also have a beautiful cocker spaniel called Choco. 🐶
