NB - This is a whole 3 bedroom apartment which is available immediately but only until 5th January at the latest. Ideal for a group (or singles/couples) wanting something high-end but just to cover until after New Years. Looking for $2000-2500pw for the whole place (depending on couples/singles - fully furnished and all bills included).

The best thing about it is that it feels like it’s had a brand new refurb - and that’s because it has! It’s spacious, light, bright, breezy and super modern, schmick and clean. There’s fly screens on every window; it has light wooden floor boards throughout - except the bedrooms where there is new plush carpet.

There’s a large open plan living and dining area which can easily be reconfigured to create some workspace if you need to work from home. I have big sofas and a big formal dining table but there’s plenty space and scope to bring your own things and put your own touch on the place. The open plan living and dining opens onto a big entertaining balcony with lots of privacy but looking down on the outdoor pool and gardens.

The kitchen has heaps of cupboard space including a walk in pantry, stainless steel appliances and a big adjoining internal laundry which has washer and dryer but also extra storage space.

Both bathrooms are brand new with slick slate grey tiles, heat lamps, and really nicely finished. The main bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower.

The bedrooms are all large; each with large, floor to ceiling mirrored built-in wardrobes offering heaps of shelving and hanging space and a set of drawers. All with big windows so get heaps of light, and leafy, private views. The ensuite has a triple built in wardrobe. The other rooms have a double built in wardrobe.

All rooms have a bed and mattress (double or queen) or without if you prefer to bring your own. They would also comfortably fit a desk and chair which I can also provide if you need.

The rent includes all bills including NBN and there is Apple TV for all your favourite Netflix and apps...

The balcony looks east out towards the ocean/horizon - but still gets sun until around mid afternoon. The bedrooms look north and west - we’re the top floor of the tallest block in the vicinity there is a mix of district and leafy views but no windows with people looking back at you!

We’re in a great location - a short walk to regular buses to CBD, Coogee, Clovelly, Bondi etc.

I’m an English guy, early 40s, self employed, lived in Sydney for 20 years. Outgoing and social. I currently live here with my flatmate Brad - mid 20s, English working holiday visa but he’s moving out in 4 weeks anyway.

Looking to fill 2 rooms but it can be either of the 3 rooms advertised - I spend a lot of time travelling/away so I’m happy with any room.

Looking for $450pw for the double room; $500pw for the queen sized room and $550pw for the ensuite room. Plus $50pw for couples. All bills included. 2 week bond for 2 weeks notice.

Not worried about age but would prefer a professional or at least someone settled long term in Sydney. Clean, respectful, social and outgoing - rather than someone who will be hiding away in their bedroom 24/7.
